Yes! We offer 100% free, no-obligation estimates for all our services. You can call, email, or use our online form to schedule one.
What’s the difference between soft washing and pressure washing?
Soft washing uses low pressure and cleaning solutions to safely remove mold, algae, and dirt from delicate surfaces like siding and roofs. Pressure washing uses high pressure for tougher surfaces like driveways and concrete.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Captain, Clean & Clear is fully licensed and insured for your protection and peace of mind.
How often should I have my windows or home exterior cleaned?
We recommend exterior cleaning at least bi-weekly or monthly, depending on local weather, landscaping, and property use.
What happens if it rains on the day of my appointment?
We monitor weather conditions closely. If rain or unsafe conditions arise, we’ll reschedule your service at no extra cost.
Do I need to be home during the service?
You don’t need to be home as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a water source. We’ll coordinate with you in advance.
What surfaces can you clean?
We clean siding, roofs, windows, driveways, sidewalks, fences, patios, garage floors, dumpster pads, and more.
Are your cleaning products safe for pets and landscaping?
Yes! We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions that are safe for pets, kids, and surrounding vegetation.
