By using services provided by Captain, Clean & Clear, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Scheduling & Access

Customers must provide clear access to the property, water spigot, and necessary areas to perform cleaning services. Missed appointments without notice may incur a rescheduling fee.

2. Payment

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit/debit cards.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 service fee.

4. Liability

Captain, Clean & Clear is fully insured. While we take great care in all services, we are not responsible for existing damage, paint chipping, loose fixtures, or surfaces compromised by wear or neglect.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the results, please notify us within 24 hours. We will re-evaluate and correct the issue to ensure satisfaction.

6. Weather Conditions

Weather may affect scheduling. In such cases, we will notify you and reschedule your service for the next available date.

7. Property Condition

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or if property damage risks are too high (e.g., brittle siding, loose roof shingles).
